1. When will my order ship?

Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
Most order ship within 24 hours. After execute an order, we will send tracking number by e-mail, and providing inquiry addresses.

2. When will my order arrive?

Standard Shipping This shipping method is the default available. Delivery times are between 7 – 12 days to all major destinations.
Expedited Shipping This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 – 5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, We also have Expedited options available for most items, which means your order will arrive 3 or 4 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

3. How can I cancel my order?

You need to contact us to cancel. If the item in your order has not been processed to customized or sent, we will cancel it for you.

4. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to many countries in the world! However, we do have some countries that we have to review and approve prior to shipping. We always reach out to you if there are issues with delivery to your destination country.

5. How do I track my order?

After your order is sent out, we will send you an email to keep you informed. So please make sure you provide the correct email address and add our email address to your white-list.

If there are multiple items in an order, they will be divided and shipped in different packages which will have separate delivery dates and tracking number.
